Hello, I’m Jiawei Zheng. As a proud member of the GKT troupe, I have the privilege of sharing music, laughter, and connection with seniors in our community. Our troupe visits four senior homes, bringing joy through performances that brighten days, spark memories, and create meaningful moments. Volunteering with GKT allows me to give back while doing something I love—spreading happiness through the power of performance. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the smiles on their faces and knowing we’ve made their day a little brighter.

I especially love performing during Christmas time, when we sing and bring the holiday spirit to the residents. Seeing their faces light up as we share festive songs makes the season even more special. Outside of school, I love learning new things, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with friends. Whether it’s exploring new ideas or sharing laughs with those around me, I’m always looking for ways to grow and connect with the world.
