In GKT, there are no appointed officer positions. Every member has the opportunity to become a leader through two distinct roles: Designated Project Leader and Self-Initiated Project Leader.

Designated Project Leader: During GKT activities, certain members are chosen to lead and organize these events. This role, known as Designated Leader, allows members to gain hands-on leadership experience in planning and executing activities.

Self-Initiated Project Leader: GKT encourages all members to take initiative and create their own projects. This role, called Self-Initiated Project Leader, empowers members to develop their own ideas and lead projects from start to finish. It fosters creativity, innovation, and ownership among members.

These leadership roles aim to provide diverse opportunities for members to enhance their leadership skills within GKT. Designated Project Leaders learn through managing structured activities, while Self-Initiated Project Leaders cultivate skills in project development and execution.

Overall, GKT's approach ensures that every member has the chance to grow as a leader and contribute to the organization's activities and development.

GKT welcomes you to get to know our leaders and witness the impact of their leadership within our organization.
